Abstract
PROCESSO DE DESIDROGENAÇÃO DE ETANOL EM REATOR MULTITUBULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de desidrogenação de uma carga contendo etanol que utiliza pelo menos um reator multitubular composto vantajosamente por uma pluralidade de tubos que inclui pelo menos um catalisador de desidrogenação, e uma grade, a dita carga é introduzida nos tubos sob a forma gasosa, a uma temperatura de entrada maior ou igual a 240°C, sob uma pressão entre 0,1 e 1,0 MPa, uma PPH entre 2 e 15 h-1, em que um fluido de transferência de calor circula na dita grade a uma vazão tal que a razão ponderal entre o dito fluido de transferência de calor e a dita carga é maior ou igual a 1,0, e de maneira que o dito fluido de transferência de calor é introduzido na dita grade sob a forma gasosa a uma temperatura de entrada maior ou igual a 260°C e sob uma pressão de entrada maior ou igual a 0,10 MPa, e menor ou igual a 1,10 MPa, e sai da grade pelo menos parcialmente sob a forma líquida.
