Abstract
ANALISADOR AUTOMATIZADO EM TEMPO REAL DE pH DE PASTA MINERAL E DE ÁGUA DE PROCESSO, ANALISADOR DE TITULAÇÃO VOLUMÉTRICA QUANTITATIVA, E ANALISADOR DE DUREZA DE LÍQUIDOS. São descritos analisadores automatizados para medirem ou determinarem parâmetros em pastas minerais ou em água de processo, em particular analisadores automatizados em tempo real para medirem o pH ou para realizarem titulações volumétricas quantitativas, com base na absorvância espectral de um líquido extraído a partir da mistura de um ou mais titulantes, para determinar o ponto final da titulação, tal como a medição da dureza de líquido em pastas minerais ou na água de processo. Um analisador de pH automatizado pode incluir um processador operável para gerenciar as operações associadas ao aparelho; um amostrador automatizado acoplado ao recipiente ou conduto, operável para extrair uma amostra de um determinado volume de pasta ou de água de processo a partir do recipiente ou conduto, com esse amostrador automatizado estando sob controle do processador; uma fonte de água sob controle do processador, operável para distribuir um volume conhecido de água tendo pH conhecido na amostra; uma câmara de mistura que recebe o volume conhecido de água e a amostra; um agitador operável para agitar a amostra e o volume conhecido de água na câmara de mistura, para produzir uma mistura de amostra diluída; um filtro automatizado, operável para extrair uma alíquota da mistura de amostra diluída a partir da câmara de mistura, e filtrar a alíquota para produzir um filtrado; uma sonda de pH após o filtro automatizado, para medir o pH do filtrado; e uma sonda de pH dentro da câmara de mistura, operável para medir o pH da mistura de amostra diluída. A medição é usada para calcular o pH da amostra extraída, e para alterar quase em tempo real um controle de processo de uma operação de processamento mineral relacionada à pasta mineral ou à água de processo.
