Abstract

EMBALAGEM FLEXÍVEL PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS OU BEBIDAS COM UMA PARTE RÍGIDA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma embalagem fechada flexível ou semiflexível (1) para conter um ingrediente para o preparo de um produto comestível em uma máquina para o preparo de alimentos ou bebidas, sendo que a dita embalagem compreende: (i) paredes laterais flexíveis ou semiflexíveis (2) que formam um corpo de embalagem achatado, e (ii) uma porção de fundo em formato de copo (3) adaptada para a inserção de um elemento de injeção de fluido da máquina, sendo que a embalagem (1) é formada a partir de uma folha de bloco bruto plana alongada de peça única (5) feita de material flexível, que é dobrada em um formato de U ao redor de seu eixo geométrico de simetria transversal (Lx) e vedada ao longo de suas bordas lateral (4) e superior (34), sendo que a dita porção de fundo em formato de copo (3) é um volume oco que tem um lado inferior côncavo (7) e lados laterais convexos (8), e a curvatura de perfil do dito lado inferior (7) é idêntica à curvatura de perfil de cada um dos ditos lados laterais (8).
