Abstract
INSTALAÇÃO E PROCESSO DE MEMBRANA PARA SEPARAR METANO E DIÓXIDO DE CARBONO DE UMA CORRENTE DE GÁS. A presente invenção se refere a uma instalação e um processo com quatro unidades de separação por membrana, em que a segunda unidade de separação separa o retentato da primeira unidade, a terceira unidade de separação separa o permeato da primeira unidade, a quarta unidade de separação separa o retentato da terceira unidade, o permeato da segunda unidade e o retentato da quarta unidade são reciclados para a alimentação na primeira unidade, o permeato da quarta unidade é passado para uma unidade de oxidação de metano e o permeato da terceira unidade é descarregado na atmosfera, permite separar metano e dióxido de carbono de uma corrente de gás, prover uma corrente rica em metano com o retentato da segunda unidade em um alto produtividade de metano e aderir em baixos limites para descarga de metano na atmosfera com uma unidade de oxidação de metano de pequeno tamanho.
