Abstract
MATERIAL POROSO PARA REMOVER IMPUREZAS EM MATÉRIAS-PRIMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um material poroso compreendendo alumina, a referida alumina compreendendo alfa-alumina, o referido material poroso compreendendo um ou mais metais selecionados a partir de Co, Mo, Ni, W e suas combinações, e o referido material poroso tendo uma área de superfície BET de 1-110 m2/g, um volume de poro total de 0,50-0,80 ml/g, conforme medido por porosimetria de intrusão de mercúrio, e uma distribuição de tamanho de poro (PSD) com pelo menos 30% em volume do volume de poro total sendo em poros com um raio = 400 Å, adequadamente poros com um raio = 500 Å, tais como poros com um raio de até 5000 Å. A invenção refere-se também a um processo para remover impurezas, tais como fósforo (P), a partir de uma matéria-prima, tal como uma matéria renovável, por contato da referida matéria-prima com um leito de guarda compreendendo o material poroso acima. A invenção refere-se ainda a um leito de guarda para um sistema de hidrotratamento compreendendo o material poroso, um sistema de hidrotratamento compreendendo um leito de guarda que compreende o material poroso, e uma seção de hidrotratamento a jusante compreendendo pelo menos um catalisador de hidrotratamento, bem como ao uso do material poroso como guarda de fósforo em um processo de hidrotratamento.
