Abstract

MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA PRODUZIR FUSOSSOMAS VIRAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a, pelo menos em parte, métodos e composições para produzir fusossomas. Em algumas modalidades, uma célula produtora para produzir fusossomas compreende uma molécula de catepsina exógena ou superexpressa. Em algumas modalidades, essas células geram um nível aumentado de fusogênio ativo, levando a uma maior proporção de fusossomas fusogenicamente ativos.
