Abstract

ANTICORPO BIESPECÍFICO E USO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um anticorpo biespecífico e um uso do mesmo. O anticorpo biespecífico compreende um domínio de ligação de antígeno direcionado a B7-H4 e um domínio de ligação de antígeno direcionado a 4-1BB. O anticorpo biespecífico da presente invenção tem um ou dois ou três sítios de ligação a 4-1BB, e tem ao mesmo tempo um anticorpo B7-H4 totalmente humano novo. O anticorpo biespecífico se liga especificamente às células de tumor com o direcionamento para B7-H4, desse modo reduzindo a toxicidade causada pela ativação de 4-1BB. Além disso, o anticorpo biespecífico tem um fragmento Fc humano, retém o efeito de ligação de Fc e FcRn e tem uma meia-vida relativamente longa.
