Abstract
método e aparelho para detecção de uma falha de fusível. a presente invenção refere-se a um método e a um aparelho para a detecção de uma falha de fusível de um fusível de proteção (5) utilizado para proteger uma carga associada (7) contra sobrecorrente e/ou contra sobrecarga, o método que compreende as etapas de: medir (sa) a corrente elétrica, im, que flui através do fusível de proteção (5) em um caminho de corrente para a dita carga (7) por meio de um elemento sensor de corrente (2); determinar (sb) um ou mais indicadores de falha, fis, cada um adaptado para indicar uma possível falha do fusível protegido (5) com base na corrente elétrica medida, im; e detectar (sc) automaticamente uma falha do fusível de proteção (5) se pelo menos um indicador de falha, fi, determinado indicar uma possível falha do fusível de proteção (5) e se a corrente elétrica, im, medida pelo elemento sensor de corrente (2) parou (im =0) de fluir através do dito fusível de proteção (5) ou está abaixo de um valor limite de corrente predefinido (im < imth).
