Abstract
BOMBA DE PARAFUSO EXCÊNTRICO COM UM DESENHO MODULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bomba de parafuso excêntrico com um rotor que forma um transportador de parafuso sem fim e um estator que forma uma rosca de parafuso, em que o rotor circula durante a operação de transporte. O estator compreende um alojamento de estator de uma ou mais partes, no qual se encontra um revestimento de estator de um material elastomérico, o qual forma a rosca de parafuso. O revestimento de estator forma uma projeção pelo menos em um seu lado na direção ao longo do eixo longitudinal da bomba, a dita progressão fica saliente do alojamento de estator de tal modo, que se forma uma superfície de aplicação de força livre. Através da superfície de aplicação de força, pode-se aplicar uma força que comprime o revestimento de estator para dentro do alojamento, de modo que aí surge uma dilatação transversal do revestimento de estator, o qual leva a um estreitamento da rosca de parafuso. A projeção pode estar abarcada por um tubo de apoio móvel, o qual, para fins de compressão, é deslocado em relação ao alojamento de estator na direção ao longo do eixo longitudinal do alojamento de estator.
