Abstract

APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR OBJETOS ATRAVÉS DE MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSÃO. Um aparelho para formar um objeto compreende um dispositivo de extrusão (2) para fornecer um extrudado contínuo de material polimérico, ao menos um elemento de separação para cortar o extrudado contínuo, separando assim uma dose (6; 106) de material polimérico do extrudado contínuo, ao menos um molde (5; 105; 205; 305; 405) compreendendo uma primeira parte do molde (9; 109; 209; 309) e uma segunda parte do molde (8; 108; 508) que são móveis uma em relação à outra entre uma posição aberta, na qual a dose (6; 106) é colocada em uma parte de recepção selecionada da primeira parte do molde (9; 109; 209; 309) e da segunda parte do molde (8; 108; 508), e uma posição fechada, na qual uma câmara de formação é definida entre a primeira parte do molde (9; 109; 209; 309) e a segunda parte do molde (8; 108; 508), a câmara de formação apresentando um formato correspondente ao dito objeto.
