Abstract
ECONOMIA CIRCULAR PARA RESÍDUO DE PLÁSTICO PARA POLIETILENO VIA REFINARIA DE ÓLEO COM FILTRAÇÃO E TRATAMENTO DE ÓXIDO METÁLICO DE ÓLEO DE PIRÓLISE. É provido em uma modalidade um processo contínuo para converter plástico residual que compreende polietileno e/ou polipropileno em reciclagem para polimerização de polietileno. O processo compreende selecionar plásticos residuais contendo polietileno, polipropileno ou uma mistura dos mesmos e passar os plásticos residuais através de um reator de pirólise para craquear termicamente pelo menos uma porção do resíduo de poliolefina e produzir um efluente pirolizado. O efluente pirolizado é separado em gás de combustão, um óleo de pirólise que compreende a nafta, diesel e frações pesadas e carvão. O óleo de pirólise ou pelo menos uma fração é passada a uma filtração/ tratamento de óxido metálico, com o produto tratado passado a uma unidade de FCC de refinaria. A fração de mistura de C3 olefina/parafina de gás de petróleo é recuperada da unidade de FCC, bem como uma fração de mistura de C4 olefina/parafina. A fração de mistura de C3 olefina/parafina de gás de petróleo é passada a um craqueador a vapor para a produção de etileno.
