Abstract
ECONOMIA CIRCULAR PARA RESÍDUOS DE PLÁSTICO PARA POLIETILENO VIA FCC DE REFINARÍA OU UNIDADES DE FCC/ALQUILAÇÃO. É provido em uma modalidade um processo contínuo para converter resíduo plástico na reciclagem para a polimerização de polietileno. O processo compreende selecionar resíduos plásticos contendo polietileno e/ou polipropileno e passar os resíduos plásticos através de um reator de pirólise para craquear termicamente pelo menos uma porção dos resíduos de olefina e produzir um efluente pirolisado. O efluente pirolisado é separado em gás de desprendimento, um óleo de pirólise e opcionalmente cera compreendendo uma nafta/diesel e fração pesada e carvão. O óleo de pirólise é passado para uma unidade de FCC de refinaria a partir da qual uma fração de mistura de olefina C3 de gás liquefeito de petróleo/parafina é recuperada, assim como uma fração de mistura de olefina C4/parafina. Em uma modalidade, o óleo de pirólise é primeiro passado para um pré-tratador de alimentação de FCC. A fração de mistura de olefina C3 de gás liquefeito de petróleo/parafina é passada para um craqueador com vapor para a produção de etileno. A fração de mistura de olefina C4/parafina é passada para uma unidade de alquilação de refinaria, a partir da qual uma alimentação de n-butano e nafta para um craqueador de corrente para produzir etileno é recuperada.
