Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PROTÉTICO IMPLANTÁVEL PARA PRODUZIR EREÇÃO PENIANA EM HOMENS COM DISFUNÇÃO ERÉTIL E MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DESTE. É divulgado um dispositivo protético (1) que pode ser implantado nos corpos cavernosos (corpora cavernosa) de um pênis com disfunção erétil, e o método de produção deste, sendo o dispositivo formado por dois cilindros que podem ser inflados com um fluido. O dispositivo pode ser implantado em uma ampla variedade de pacientes de acordo com o comprimento do pênis e otimiza o uso de um baixo volume de fluido para alcançar uma ereção funcional. O dispositivo compreende uma porção erigível de comprimento variável (10) formada por uma câmara (100) que pode ser pressurizada com um baixo volume de fluido e que é formada entre uma membrana expansível (300) e uma nervura longitudinal (200) axialmente extensível e dobrável. A membrana (300) e a nervura (200) se estendem entre um elemento de ponta distal (400) e um conector intermediário (500) a partir do qual emerge uma haste de ancoragem (600) encurtável, sendo a nervura (200) uma peça única formada por uma seção distal de comprimento variável (206), uma seção intermediária (205) que é dobrável e extensível em uma direção axial e uma seção proximal (204) compreendendo meios otimizados para a alimentação lateral contínua do fluido para a câmara pressurizável (100). O dispositivo (1) também tem uma unidade integrada (700) para armazenamento e pressurização do fluido, que pode ser implantada no escroto.
