Abstract

MÉTODO DE RECAUCHUTAGEM DE UM PNEU. A presente invenção se refere à recauchutagem de pneus. O método inclui as etapas de: aplicar um primer a uma superfície interna de uma banda de rodagem circunferencial e aplicar o primer a uma superfície externa de uma carcaça de pneu; aplicar um adesivo ao primer disposto sobre a superfície interna e ao primer disposto sobre a superfície externa; aplicar a banda de rodagem circunferencial à carcaça de pneu de modo que a superfície interna entre em contato com a superfície externa e uma borda de linha de união se forme circunferencialmente em torno da carcaça de pneu próximo a um ombro da carcaça de pneu; e acoplar um reservatório de umidade à banda de rodagem circunferencial adjacentemente à borda de linha de união.
