Abstract

PRODUTO COMESTÍVEL À BASE DE AQUAFABA SECO E MÉTODOS DE PRODUÇÃO DO MESMO. Um pó seco à base de aquafaba é divulgado. O pó seco à base de aquafaba pode incluir aquafaba e um aditivo. O aditivo pode ser pelo menos um dentre: carboidrato, proteína de leguminosa, amido de leguminosa, fibras de leguminosa, maltodextrina, inulina, ou uma combinação dos mesmos. Em algumas modalidades, a aquafaba é produzida a partir de uma leguminosa. A leguminosa pode ser pelo menos uma dentre: grão-de-bico, feijão, soja, ervilha, lentilha, tremoço e uma combinação dos mesmos.
