Abstract

MÉTODO, APARELHO E SISTEMA PARA OTIMIZAÇÃO EM TEMPO REAL DE DISPOSITIVO DE NÍVEL MOLECULAR E MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método, um aparelho e um sistema para a otimização em tempo real de um dispositivo de nível molecular e um meio de armazenamento. O método compreende: determinar a composição molecular de matérias- primas para processamento de petróleo; inserir a composição molecular das matérias-primas em um modelo de previsão de produto pré-treinado, de modo a obter uma composição molecular prevista de produtos previstos correspondentes e um conteúdo molecular previsto de várias moléculas únicas; adquirir um conjunto padrão predefinido para um produto alvo predefinido; determinar, de acordo com a composição molecular prevista e o conteúdo molecular previsto das várias moléculas únicas, se os produtos previstos atendem aos padrões predefinidos para produtos alvo correspondentes aos produtos previstos no conjunto padrão predefinido; e, se nenhum padrão predefinido do produto alvo correspondente for atendido, ajustar os parâmetros de operação no modelo de previsão do produto, de modo a readquirir a composição molecular prevista dos produtos previstos e o conteúdo molecular previsto das várias moléculas únicas até que os padrões predefinidos sejam atendidos. Por meio da presente invenção, a simulação integral de nível molecular e a otimização em tempo real do dispositivo de nível molecular desde as matérias-primas até o processo de processamento do produto são alcançadas, e a precisão e a eficiência da produção são melhoradas.
