Abstract
MÉTODO IMPLEMENTADO POR COMPUTADOR, PROGRAMA DE COMPUTADOR E SISTEMA DE CONTROLE AUTOMATIZADO. É proposto um método implementado por computador para controlar e/ou monitorar pelo menos um processo de moldagem por injeção em pelo menos uma máquina de moldagem por injeção (110). O processo de moldagem por injeção é com base em uma pluralidade de parâmetros de processo. O método compreende as seguintes etapas: a) fornecer um conjunto de parâmetros de entrada por pelo menos uma unidade externa de processamento (118), que compreende pelo menos um modelo de simulação, parâmetros específicos de material e de máquina de moldagem por injeção; b) a unidade externa de processamento (118), simulando um processo de moldagem por injeção com base no conjunto de parâmetros de entrada e determinando pelo menos um parâmetro do processo previsto do processo de moldagem por injeção simulado aplicando um algoritmo de otimização; c) realizar pelo menos um processo de moldagem por injeção usando a máquina de moldagem por injeção (110) com base no parâmetro do processo previsto para gerar pelo menos uma peça de trabalho (114), determinar pelo menos uma propriedade da peça de trabalho gerada (114) e comparar a propriedade com um alvo de otimização e; d) determinar pelo menos um parâmetro do processo real do processo de moldagem por injeção e comparar o parâmetro do processo real e o parâmetro do processo previsto e adaptar o modelo de simulação com base na comparação.
