Abstract
método e sistema para identificar microrganismos. trata-se de um método e de um sistema para identificar microrganismos em uma amostra avaliando-se o perfil vibracional. o método compreende as etapas de preparo de um banco de dados de espectros conhecidos e de derivação de modelos pré-calculados dos espectros conhecidos, sendo que os modelos pré-calculados são associados a grupos/classes de microrganismos estruturados hierarquicamente. os espectros de amostras desconhecidas de microrganismos são comparados em várias subetapas com os modelos pré-calculados com a finalidade de identificar os microrganismos.
