Abstract
ELEMENTO DE CONTATO ELÉTRICO. A invenção refere-se a um elemento de contato elétrico (3) em uma só peça laminado estampado, com uma seção de conexão (4) e uma seção de solda (5) adjacente a ela, para o contato elétrico de uma superfície de contato por meio de ligação de solda, sendo que a seção de solda (5) apresenta a forma de uma luva fendida na direção longitudinal, na qual as bordas da luva (10), nesse caso formadas ao longo de uma fenda (6), são curvadas para dentro e se projetam para dentro do espaço interno (11) da seção de solda (5) em forma de luva. Com o elemento de contato elétrico é possível realizar um contato mais em conta, que possibilita uma boa estabilidade da montagem ao mesmo tempo com pouca necessidade de espaço na placa de circuito impresso. Opcionalmente, a solda no interior pode subir até uma altura desejada, a fim de aumentar ainda mais a resistência da ligação de solda.
