Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA DOSAGEM E TRATAMENTO DE LINFOMA FOLICULAR E LINFOMA DE ZONA MARGINAL EM TERAPIA CELULAR ADOTIVA. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de administração de uma dose de células T para o tratamento de indivíduos com linfoma não Hodgkin indolente (NHL) e métodos, composições, usos e artigos de fabricação relacionados. As células expressam um receptor recombinante, como um receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR) para direcionar um antígeno do linfoma, como CD19. Em algumas modalidades, os métodos são para o tratamento de linfoma folicular grau 1-3A (FL 1-3A) ou linfoma de zona marginal (MZL), incluindo em indivíduos fortemente pré-tratados ou de mau prognóstico, tais como indivíduos que recaíram após tratamento com, ou são refratários ao tratamento com uma ou mais terapias anteriores.
