Abstract

ARQUITETURA OTIMIZADA DE PNEU DO TIPO DE SERVIÇOS PESADOS, AGRÍCOLA OU ENGENHARIA CIVIL. A invenção refere-se a um pneu radial (1), para veículos pesados, em que, de ambos os lados do plano do equador, uma camada de amarração radialmente externa (323) às camadas de trabalho, hiperelástica, cobre a extremidade axial da camada de trabalho de menor largura axial (322) e cujas extremidades axiais estão a uma distância axial mínima (Ds/2) da dita extremidade, contém cabos hiperelásticos (50). Os referidos cabos compreendem elementos de fios (54) sobre uma única camada (52). A distância entre o centro de cada elemento de fio metálico (54) da camada (52) e o eixo principal (A) do cabo é igual à metade do diâmetro da hélice Dh e é substancialmente constante e igual para todos os elementos de fio metálicos (54) da camada (52), e os elementos de fios metálicos (54) definem um arco interno (58) do cabo de diâmetro Dv. Cada elemento de fio metálico (54) apresenta um diâmetro Df e um raio de curvatura da hélice Rf tal que: 9 = Rf / Df = 30, e 1,30 = Dv / Df = 4,5, e os ditos cabos hiperelásticos estão embutidos em um composto de borracha.
