Abstract

MÉTODO DE CONTROLE DO VÁCUO E DA PRESSÃO DENTRO DE UM RECIPIENTE TERMOPLÁSTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para formar um recipiente e encher o recipiente com um produto. O método inclui a moldagem por sopro e o termoendurecimento do recipiente a partir de uma pré-forma e o enchimento a quente do recipiente com o produto, de modo que o produto ocupe cerca de 95% ou mais do volume interno total do recipiente. Um volume de espaço livre é definido entre uma linha de enchimento superior do produto e uma borda do recipiente. O volume do espaço livre é inferior a cerca de 5% do volume interno total do recipiente. O recipiente é tampado e deixado esfriar. O recipiente está configurado para encolher durante o esfriamento, de modo que o volume interno total diminua cerca de 0,5% a 1,5%. A base do recipiente é deslocada após o enchimento a quente e a colocação da tampa para reduzir o volume interno total em menos de cerca de 0,5% a 4% adicionais.
