Abstract
PROGRAMAÇÃO DE MENSAGENS DE UNIDADE DE BEIRA DE ESTRADA E CONTROLE DE CONGESTIONAMENTO. Métodos, plataformas de computação, mídia de armazenamento, e sistemas para fornecer controle de congestionamento na programação de mensagens de Unidade de Beira de Estrada (mensagem de RSU). Um aspecto da presente divulgação refere-se a um método para fornecer controle de congestionamento na programação de mensagens de RSU. Vários aspectos incluem medir uma razão de ocupação de canal por uma camada de acesso PC5 de uma Unidade de Beira de Estrada, comparar a razão de ocupação de canal medida com um ou mais limites, e gerar e transmitir mensagens de RSU em uma taxa determinada com base em se a razão de ocupação de canal medida é igual ou excede o um ou mais limites.
