Abstract
COMPOSTOS DE QUINAZOLINA SUBSTITUÍDA ÚTEIS COMO ATIVADORES DE CÉLULA T. A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de Fórmula (I): (I) ou um sal dos mesmos, em que: R1, R2, R4, R5, R6, e m são definidos neste documento. Também são descritos os métodos de usar tais compostos para inibir a atividade de uma ou ambas as diacilglicerol alfa cinases (DGKa) e diacilglicerol zeta cinase (DGKg), e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo tais compostos. Estes compostos são úteis no tratamento de infecções virais e distúrbios proliferativos, tal como câncer.
