As modalidades são direcionadas ao uso de um catalisador de polimerização de bifenilfenol em fase gasosa suportado para produzir um polímero através de um processo de polimerização em fase gasosa, sendo que o catalisador de polimerização de bifenilfenol em fase gasosa suportado é produzido a partir de um pré-catalisador de polimerização de bifenilfenol em fase gasosa da Fórmula I.
