Abstract

UMA FERRAMENTA DE CORTE. A presente invenção se refere a uma ferramenta de corte compreendendo um substrato de metal duro em que o metal duro consiste de constituintes duros em um aglutinante metálico. Os constituintes duros compreendem WC e o conteúdo de WC no metal duro é de 80% em peso - 93% em peso. O metal duro compreende Ni e Al, o metal duro possui um conteúdo de Ni de 3% em peso - 13% em peso e uma proporção de peso de Co / Ni < 0,33 e uma proporção de peso de Fe / Ni < 0,25 e uma proporção de peso de Cr / Ni < 0,25 e uma proporção de peso de 0,02 < Al / (Ni + Co + Fe) < 0,1. A resistência à rachaduras W é definida como a proporção da carga aplicada sobre um entalhe de dureza de Vickers e o comprimento de rachadura total das rachaduras formadas nos cantos do entalhe de dureza de Vickers. O produto da dureza H(saída) na face de saída e a resistência à rachaduras W(saída) na face de ataque é H(saída)*W(saída) > 5.000 HV100*N/¿m.
