Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM CARTÃO INTELIGENTE, SUBSTRATO DE ANTENA CONFIGURADO PARA SER INSERIDO EM UM RECESSO DE CARTÃO INTELIGENTE DE RADIOFREQUÊNCIA, E CARTÃO INTELIGENTE. A invenção está relacionada a um método para fabricação de um cartão inteligente de radiofrequência (1A) compreendendo a etapa de formação de um corpo do cartão contendo uma placa metálica formando um laço em torno de um recesso para receber um substrato de antena, um encaixe (11) que se estende do recesso até a periferia da placa através do laço ou da placa, sendo o referido encaixe preenchido com um material de enchimento isolante, sendo o método caracterizado por o referido material de enchimento (11B) ser obtido por meio do material de uma saliência em forma de lingueta (11E) do substrato de antena (55, 55B) e formado com o referido substrato de antena antes de sua inserção no cartão. A invenção também se refere a um substrato de antena e um correspondente cartão obtido através do método.
