Abstract
um marcador eletrônico implantável (100) para um pneu e um processo de montagem. o marcador eletrônico (100) compreende principalmente: uma antena (102); um módulo de chip de radiofrequência (101); e um terminal de conexão (103). o módulo de chip de radiofrequência (101) possui um elétrodo (101b) provido em si. o terminal de conexão (103) possui uma extremidade conectada à antena (102) e outra extremidade em conexão por prensagem a frio com o elétrodo (101b) do módulo de chip de radiofrequência (101). após a montagem, um chip de radiofrequência é encapsulado para formar o módulo de chip de radiofrequência (101). o terminal de conexão (103) é inicialmente rebitado para a antena (102) e depois conectado ao elétrodo (101b) do corpo encapsulado por meio de prensagem a frio. o módulo de chip de radiofrequência (101) conectado à antena (102) é encapsulado. o marcador eletrônico implantável (100) para um pneu é um marcador de frequência ultra-alta, legível e gravável em radiofrequência. o marcador eletrônico é complacente com padrões hg/t 4953-4956-2016 para métodos de implantação mecânica de marcador de identificação por radiofrequência (rfid) de pneu, métodos de teste de desempenho e codificação.
