Abstract

PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA PEÇA FABRICADA DE FORMA ADITIVA A PARTIR DE UM PÓ DE METAL. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de uma peça fabricada de forma aditiva a partir de um pó de metal com uma composição compreendendo os seguintes elementos, expressos em teor em peso: 6% = Ni = 14%, 5% = Cr = 10%, 0,5% = Si = 2,5%, 0,5% = Ti = 2%, C = 0,04% e opcionalmente contendo 0,5% = Cu = 2%, sendo o saldo Fe e impurezas inevitáveis resultantes da elaboração, o pó de metal possuindo uma microestrutura incluindo na fração de área mais de 98% de uma fase cristalina cúbica de corpo centrado, o processo compreendendo uma etapa durante a qual pelo menos uma parte do pó de metal é fundido em uma atmosfera substancialmente composta de um gás inerte diferente de argônio ou de uma combinação de gases inertes diferentes de argônio.
