Abstract
NANOPOROS ARTIFICIAIS E USOS E MÉTODOS RELACIONADOS COM OS MESMOS. A invenção se refere ao campo de nanoporos e seu uso na análise de biopolímeros, incluindo polipeptídeos e polinucleotídeos. É fornecido um nanoporo artificial compreendendo um conjunto multimérico de subunidades, cada subunidade compreendendo (i) a sequência transmembranar (TM) de uma proteína formadora de poros ß-barril ou a-helicoidal fundida com a sequência de aminoácidos de (ii) uma subunidade de uma proteína formadora de anel capaz de controlar o transporte de um polipeptídeo ou polinucleotídeo através da região TM do conjunto.
