Abstract
COBERTURA DE VENTILADOR COM UM REVESTIMENTO ANTIADERENTE E/OU ANTIUMIDADE, APARELHO DE COZIMENTO QUE COMPREENDE UMA TAL COBERTURA DE VENTILADOR E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA COBERTURA DE VENTILADOR refere-se a cobertura de ventilador (6), em particular uma cobertura de ventilador (6) para um aparelho de cozimento (1), obtenível por um processo caracterizado pelas seguintes etapas, a) fornecer uma cobertura de ventilador (6) que tem uma superfície interna (7a), uma superfície externa (7b) e, pelo menos, uma abertura (8) que permite que um fluido flua pela mesma, b) pré-tratar, pelo menos, a superfície interna (7a) da cobertura de ventilador (6) para fornecer uma superfície que tem uma rugosidade que é adequada para aplicar um revestimento antiaderente e/ou antiumidade (12), por meio de tratamento mecânico, tratamento físico ou tratamento químico, em particular por meio de jateamento de areia e/ou tratamento a laser e/ou um processo de esmaltagem para formar uma camada de base (13), c) aplicar o revestimento antiaderente e/ou antiumidade (12) à superfície interna (7a) da cobertura de ventilador (6) ou à superfície (14a) da camada de base (13), em que o revestimento antiaderente e/ou antiumidade (12) compreende pelo menos uma camada (17) que é obtida por um processo sol-gel a partir de uma primeira composição que compreende um sol de sílica e um silano. A invenção refere-se, ainda, a um aparelho de cozimento (1), em particular a um forno doméstico que compreende uma tal cobertura de ventilador (6) e a um método para fabricar uma tal cobertura de ventilador (6).
