Abstract

MÉTODOS DE FERMENTAÇÃO DE ESPOROS DE BACILLUS RECOMBINANTES. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de um produto de fermentação por cultura de células de Bacillus recombinantes produtoras de exospório que expressam uma proteína de fusão de interesse no exospório em um meio contendo fontes de carbono e nitrogênio em uma concentração total de pelo menos 20 g/mL, resultando em um caldo de fermentação contendo uma alta titulação dos esporos de Bacillus recombinantes.
