Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO PARA AUMENTO DA BIODISPONIBILIDADE SANGUÍNEA DE AMINOÁCIDOS, SEU USO, PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO, USO DE UMA MISTURA, E USOS DE CEPAS BACTERIANAS PROBIÓTICAS. A presente invenção se refere a composições para uso em aumento da biodisponibilidade sanguínea de aminoácidos derivados de proteínas, preferivelmente proteínas de origem de planta, sendo que as referidas composições compreendem uma mistura M compreendendo ou, alternativamente, consistindo em pelo menos uma cepa bacteriana, preferivelmente Lactobacillus paracasei DGR CNCM I-1572 e/ou Lactobacillus paracasei LPC-S01TM DSM 26760. Ainda, a presente invenção refere-se às referidas composições para uso compreendendo ainda pelo menos uma proteína, preferivelmente proteínas de origem de planta, ou um peptídeo ou um aminoácido. Por fim, a presente invenção refere-se a um produto alimentício compreendendo proteínas, preferivelmente de origem de planta, e a referida mistura M de pelo menos uma cepa bacteriana.
