ARMADURA DE TOPO DE PNEUMÁTICO PARA VEÍCULO PESADO DE ENGENHARIA CIVIL. A presente invenção tem como objeto um pneumático (1) para veículo de engenharia civil que apresenta um compromisso satisfatório entre a resistência à ruptura de sua armadura de guarnecimento circunferencial (7), que tem uma largura axial LF e que compreende pelo menos uma camada de guarnecimento circunferencial (71, 72) com reforços metálicos elásticos que têm um alongamento estrutural As e uma força em ruptura Fr, e que formam, com a direção circunferencial (XX) um ângulo no máximo igual a 5°, e a resistência de sua armadura de trabalho (6), constituída por duas camadas de trabalho (61, 62) com reforços metálicos inextensíveis dos quais o ângulo médio AM com a direção circunferencial (XX) é pelo menos igual a 15° e no máximo igual a 45°.
