Abstract

LIGA PARA ABRASÃO POR GOIVAGEM DE ALTA TENSÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga de aço manganês com uma microestrutura tratada termicamente compreendendo: (a) uma composição de liga de: manganês: 12 a 30% em peso; carbono: 1,0 a 2,0% em peso; cromo: 4,5 a 7,0% em peso; molibdênio: 0,0 a 3,0% em peso; e ferro e impurezas: equilíbrio, e (b) uma matriz ferrosa austenítica; e (c) partículas refratárias formadas dispersas por toda a matriz ferrosa austenítica de modo que = 10% das partículas refratárias formadas estejam localizadas dentro de cristalitos da matriz ferrosa austenítica, em oposição a estarem localizadas nos limites de grãos entre os cristalitos, em que as partículas refratárias formadas são compostas de carbonetos e/ou boretos e/ou nitretos de qualquer um ou mais dentre cromo, zircônio, háfnio, tântalo, molibdênio, e tungstênio. A invenção refere-se ainda a equipamentos adaptados para abrasão por goivagem de alta tensão que inclui a liga de aço de manganês da invenção e um método de produção da liga de aço de manganês da invenção.
