Abstract

ORGANISMO MICROBIANO DE OCORRÊNCIA NÃO NATURAL E MÉTODOS PARA AUMENTAR A DISPONIBILIDADE DE NADPH. A presente invenção fornece organismos microbianos que têm disponibilidade aumentada de cofatores, tais como NADPH, para aumentar a produção de vários produtos, incluindo 1,3-BDO, MMA, (3R)-hidroxibutil (3R)-hidroxibutirato, aminoácidos, 3HB-CoA, adipato, caprolactama, 6-ACA, HMDA ou MAA e produtos feitos a partir de qualquer um destes. Também são fornecidos um ou mais ácidos nucleicos exógenos que codificam uma enzima expressa em uma quantidade suficiente para aumentar a disponibilidade de NADPH, em que o ácido nucleico exógeno inclui um ou mais dentre ATP-NADH quinase, pntAB, nadK e gapN. Também são fornecidas uma ou mais atenuações de genes ocorrendo em genes, tais como NDH-2, que resultam em uma razão aumentada de NADPH para NADH. Várias combinações dos ácidos nucleicos exógenos e deleções de genes também são fornecidas na presente invenção.
