Abstract

SISTEMA DE PROCESSAMENTO DE FOSFATO. As modalidades descritas no presente documento fornecem sistemas e métodos para um sistema de processamento de fosfato com subsistemas integrados, como uma usina de ácido fosfórico, sistema de precipitação, sistema de cristalizador, sistema de enxágue, sistema de granulação, sistema de água de lagoa, sistema de remoção de orgânicos e/ou sistema de tratamento de exaustão. Esses subsistemas podem ser integrados entre si com o uso de uma ou mais correntes de saída de um ou mais subsistemas como uma ou mais correntes de entrada para um ou mais subsistemas. Em algumas modalidades, o sistema de processamento de fosfato pode produzir ácido fosfórico, fertilizante contendo estruvita, fertilizante que usa estruvita reciclada, composições contendo magnésio ou fluoreto que usa magnésio reciclado ou fluoreto e outros componentes que usam ácido fosfórico coletado de uma composição de ácido fosfórico e gesso ou que usam lodo coletados de uma corrente de resíduos, por exemplo.
