Abstract
Las modalidades descritas en el presente documento proporcionan sistemas y métodos para un sistema de procesamiento de fosfato con subsistemas integrados, tal como una planta de ácido fosfórico, un sistema de precipitación, un sistema cristalizador, un sistema de enjuague, un sistema de granulación, un sistema de agua estancada, un sistema de eliminación de materia orgánica y/o un sistema de tratamiento de gases de escape. Dichos subsistemas pueden integrarse entre sí utilizando uno o más flujos de salida de uno o más subsistemas como una o más corrientes de entrada para uno o más subsistemas. En algunas modalidades, el sistema de procesamiento de fosfato puede producir ácido fosfórico, fertilizante que contiene estruvita, fertilizante que usa estruvita reciclada, composiciones que contienen magnesio o fluoruro que usan magnesio o fluoruro reciclado, y otros componentes que usan ácido fosfórico recolectado de una composición de ácido fosfórico y yeso o que usan lodo recolectados de una corriente de residuos, por ejemplo.
