Um material compósito em formato plano (1') para produção de embalagem (20) compreende: camada externa de polímero; camada interna de polímero; camada de sustentação fibrosa disposta entre camada externa de polímero e camada interna de polímero, material compósito em formato plano (1') tendo pluralidade de linhas de dobra dispostas e projetadas para embalagem fechada (20) ser produzida dobrando material compósito em formato plano (1') ao longo das linhas dobradas e conectando superfícies de costura do material compósito em formato plano (1'); superfície de manga (3), que compreende superfície frontal (14), primeira superfície lateral (16A), segunda superfície lateral (16B), primeira superfície traseira (15A) e segunda superfície traseira (15B); superfícies de base (5), que compreendem superfícies de base triangulares (5') e superfícies de base quadrangulares (5") e superfícies de aresta (6), que compreendem superfícies de aresta triangulares (6') e superfícies de aresta quadrangulares (6"), as superfícies de base (5) e superfícies de aresta (6) dispostas em lados opostos da superfície de manga (3). Para facilitar produção de embalagens de geometrias mais complexas mesmo na região de aresta e base, pelo menos uma superfície de aresta quadrangular (6") é provida com dois ângulos de superfície de aresta pequenos (aG1), menores que 90°, com dois ângulos de superfície de aresta grandes (aG2), maiores que 90°, e com soma de ângulos maior que 360°.
