Abstract
proteína biespecífica de ligação ao antígeno, ácido nucleico isolado, célula hospedeira recombinante, composição farmacêutica e método para a produção da proteína biespecífica de ligação ao antígeno. a presente invenção refere-se a proteínas biespecíficas de ligação a antígeno direcionadas contra antígenos alvo apresentados por mhc (ta). a invenção, em particular, proteínas biespecíficas de ligação ao antígeno compreendendo pelo meno dois sítios de ligação ao antígeno (a e b), em que o sítio a de ligação ao antígeno se liga a cd3 e o sítio b de ligação ao antígeno se liga a um complexo peptídeo antigênico alvo (ta)/mhc. as proteínas biespecíficas de ligação ao antígeno da invenção compreendem, em particular, as cdrs dos domínios vl e vh de novos anticorpos anti-cd3 manipulados com uma afinidade reduzida. as proteínas biespecíficas de ligação ao antígeno da invenção são úteis para o diagnóstico, tratamento e prevenção de doenças associadas a ta, tais como antígeno associado a tumor (taa) expressando doenças cancerígenas. além disso, são fornecidos ácidos nucleicos que codificam a proteína biespecífica de ligação ao antígeno da invenção, vetores compreendendo esses ácidos nucleicos, células recombinantes que expressam a proteína de ligação ao antígeno e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo as proteínas de ligação ao antígeno biespecífica da invenção.
