Abstract
método para preparar um pó metálico, e, uso do pó metálico. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para preparar um pó metálico para um processo de fabricação aditiva, que envolve a varredura de um leito de pó por um feixe de laser infravermelho próximo, distinguido pelo fato de que o método compreende: uma etapa inicial para selecionar um pó, que tem uma refletividade óptica superior a 70% para um comprimento de onda entre 800 e 1500 nm; então uma etapa para tratar o dito pó, que é diferente de um enxerto de partículas e que induz uma modificação física e/ou química da superfície das partículas (4) do dito pó, de modo a reduzir sua refletividade óptica no comprimento de onda dado. a invenção também está relacionada ao uso de tal pó, cujas partículas (4), após tratamento, têm um tamanho médio de partícula d50 entre 5 e 50 µm.
