Abstract
lentes oftálmicas e métodos para corrigir, retardar, reduzir e/ou controlar a progressão da miopia. trata-se de uma lente oftálmica que compreende uma lente de base configurada para direcionar a luz para um primeiro plano de imagem; e uma pluralidade de células moduladoras de luz. uma ou mais da pluralidade de células moduladoras de luz refratam luz para um segundo plano de imagem diferente do primeiro plano de imagem e/ou uma ou mais de uma pluralidade de células moduladoras de luz refratam luz para um terceiro plano de imagem diferente do primeiro e do segundo planos de imagem. em algumas modalidades, pelo menos uma da pluralidade de células moduladoras de luz é configurada para refratar a luz em pelo menos dois (por exemplo, 2, 3 ou 4) planos de imagem, diferentes do primeiro plano de imagem.
