métodos para prever a responsividade ao fármaco em pacientes com câncer. a presente invenção apresenta métodos, dispositivos e kits para detectar a expressão gênica em um paciente com câncer ou determinar a resposta de um paciente com câncer a um tratamento, como o tratamen-to com dovitinibe ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo. a invenção inclui ainda métodos de tratamento de um paciente com câncer pela administração de um tratamento, por exemplo, tratamento com dovitinibe ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, em particular quando o paciente é determinado como sendo responsivo ao tratamento com base na expressão dos biomarcadores descritos no presente documento.
