dispositivo e processo para produção de um tnt. dispositivo para produção de um tnt, em que está presente pelo menos um dispositivo de fiação para fiação de fibras e em que está previsto um transportador de depósito, sobre o qual as fibras podem ser depositadas para formar a manta de tnt. está previsto pelo menos um dispositivo de pré-compactação com ar quente para pré-compactação com ar quente da manta de tnt sobre o transportador. no sentido de transporte da manta de tnt está disposto, atrás do transportador de depósito, um outro transportador para recepção da manta de tnt pré-compactada, em que pelo menos um dispositivo de compactação final está previsto para compactação final da manta de tnt sobre o outro transportador. a pré-compactação da manta de tnt com ar quente pode ser realizada sobre o transportador de depósito om a condição de que a manta de tnt apresente, antes da transferência para o outro transportador, uma resistência na direção da máquina (md) de 0, a 4 n/5 cm.
