métodos para envernizamento de substratos bem como substratos envernizados. a invenção se refere a um método para produzir um produto impresso, sendo que uma preparação para produzir uma primeira camada é aplicada ao substrato como uma camada de vedação e a preparação contém pelo menos um monômero, oligômero ou pré-polímero com pelo menos um grupo funcional reticulável. a primeira camada é então curada e uma segunda camada é aplicada à primeira camada, pelo menos em certas áreas, sendo que a segunda camada apresenta uma superfície fechada nas áreas impressas. a invenção se refere ainda a um produto impresso compreendendo um substrato, uma primeira camada e uma segunda camada, sendo que a primeira camada e a segunda camada compreendem um verniz reticulado orgânico e têm uma superfície fechada, e sendo que a primeira camada é transparente e apresenta uma espessura de camada dentro da faixa de 1 a 10 µm. a segunda camada é aplicada pelo menos em algumas áreas à primeira camada (9) de modo que a primeira camada seja disposta entre o substrato e a segunda camada.
