Abstract
método para manufaturar uma suspensão de nanofibrilas de celulose. a presente invenção se refere a um método para manufaturar 100 uma suspensão de nanofibrilas de celulose a partir de uma suspensão aquosa de fibras de celulose compreendendo as seguintes etapas: - tratamento químico 110, em um reator, da suspensão aquosa de fibras de celulose por pelo menos um agente de funcionalização, o tratamento químico sendo configurado para funcionalizar as fibras de celulose em uma taxa de modificação que é mais alta, de fato, estritamente mais alta, do que 1,0 mmol/g, e - tratamento mecânico 120, em uma extrusora de parafusos geminados, da suspensão aquosa de fibras de celulose funcionalizadas, cada parafuso da extrusora compreendendo pelo menos dois segmentos de fibrilação. este método otimizado torna possível produzir uma suspensão de nanofibrilas de celulose de boa qualidade, com um alto conteúdo de matéria seca, e ao mesmo tempo em que consome menos energia do que os métodos da técnica anterior.
