Abstract

PROTEÍNA DE FUSÃO, SISTEMA DE RNA GUIA DUPLO, E, RNA GUIA. São providas proteínas de fusão e moléculas relacionadas úteis para conduzir a edição de base com mutações fora do alvo reduzidas ou sem mutações.
