Abstract
processo de dessalinização para tratar água com o uso de um sistema de osmose reversa em três estágios. trata-se de um sistema de osmose reversa de múltiplos estágios inovador que propõe permitir os seguintes benefícios: - a) redução em perda de pressão enquanto se obtém velocidades de fluxo cruzado otimizadas e, portanto, se reduz o consumo de energia em 4 a 10%; - b) equilíbrio de fluxo aumentado entre estágios que resulta em incrustação reduzida do primeiro estágio; - c) interrupção de condições de formação de incrustação que resulta em incrustação reduzida do último estágio; - d) redução em potencial de incrustação da válvula de concentrado; - e) redução em tempo de inatividade para cip interrompendo-se proativamente formação de incrustação ou incrustação através de diversos métodos inovadores; - f) facilidade e eficácia de cip com número reduzido de válvulas e - g) manter o sistema em operação por meio de isolamento do último estágio para manutenção enquanto se mantém o sistema restante em modo de produção. todos os melhoramentos acima são alcançados com fluxo de processo e características operacionais definidas no relatório descritivo e nas reivindicações.
