processo para produzir tubo solto para cabo de fibra óptica totalmente livre de gel e dispositivo para moldagem do mesmo. a presente invenção provê um processo para produzir um tubo solto para um cabo de fibra óptica totalmente livre de gel e um dispositivo para moldagem do mesmo, e diz respeito ao campo técnico de processamento e fabricação de fibras ópticas e cabos de fibra óptica. o processo para produzir um tubo solto para um cabo de fibra óptica totalmente livre de gel de acordo com a presente invenção compreende: extrudir um material de tubo solto em um tubo solto tubular por meio de um dispositivo de moldagem de tubo solto; preencher um gás comprimido no tubo solto; resfriar o tubo solto; trançar uma fibra óptica ou uma fita de fibra óptica para dentro do tubo solto. o processo para produzir um tubo solto para um cabo de fibra óptica totalmente livre de gel, de acordo com a presente invenção, minimiza o problema técnico no estado da técnica relacionado de que o tubo solto tende a ter uma forma plana quando moldado por extrusão, e a fibra óptica é propensa a aderir ao tubo solto, o que leva a um índice de atenuação insatisfatório da fibra óptica.
