Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um método para solidificação de um produto químico (10) que está em forma fundida, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: sujeição de uma primeira corrente (10a) de referido produto químico para um estágio de peletização, com produção de pelotas (12) de diâmetro variável; alimentação de referidas pelotas (12) para um dispositivo de peneiramento, que separa as mesmas em concordância com seu diâmetro em pelo menos uma primeira fração (13) e uma segunda fração (14), o diâmetro médio das pelotas de referida primeira fração (13) sendo menor do que o diâmetro médio das pelotas de referida segunda fração (14); sujeição de uma segunda corrente (10b) de referido produto químico e da primeira fração (13) de pelotas para um estágio de granulação, com a produção de grânulos (16).
